<p><img class="alignright size-full wp-image-38" title="Pilates Class" src="http://www.essencepilates.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/pilates_web1.jpg" alt="Pilates Class" width="480" height="363" />Pilates classes focus on the body as a whole to help strengthen core, back, abdomen and pelvic floor muscles.</p>
<p>At Essence Pilates all ages and all fitness levels are welcome. Mat Pilates classes include the use of small apparatus &#8211; bands, rings, weights, foam rollers and mini balls to help challenge the body and the mind.</p>
<p>Each person is encouraged to work with their own bodies strengths while working as part of a group to stretch, strengthen and tone the whole body.</p>
<p>Pilates will help you strengthen your core muscles, pelvic floor muscles and tone your whole body, while at the same time stretching your body to help realign your body.</p>
